tackling information overload with seriosity

Here is a very nice product, Attent, by a new company called Seriosity. I think it is an interesting way to tackle information overload involving wise judgment, not only technologies.

... intersting, but the "seriosity" of mail is usually different for the sender and for the receiver, for the boss and for the employeee, from one employee to the other... wouldn't it take too much time to define (and re-define) the level of importance, rather than directly answer to the mail?
