Always good idea to get the subject across in a game to make learning fun. This particular game would be ideal in a classroom where the teacher can reinforce the content. Maybe a little "slow" for a child to play on their own. Perhaps the content needs to change depending on the local conditions, with modified versions depending on the country selected.
